Abbreviated name a 2-6-character or character-digi t abbreviated name of the radiator/towel rai l type. Always featured. For one-part names – f i rst 3 letters of the name e.g. : AST (ASTRO) .

For two-part names – f i rst 3 letters of the f i rst part + f i rst letter/digi t of the second part e.g. : OMER (OMEGA R) , TUB3 (TUBUS 3) .

For three-part names - f i rst 3 letters of the f i rst part + f i rst letter/digi t of the second part + f i rst letter/digi t of the thi rd part e.g. : OMERE (OMEGA R ELECTRO) .

Special cases

• For radiators wi th varying depth wi thin the same type (due to construct ion di f ferences) – the abbreviated, letter name is fol lowed by digi ts descr ibing the depth, e.g. : COVX21 ( COVER X wi th three plates and two convect ion elements), PUL3 ( PULS wi th three rows of shaped tubes).

• STANDARD radiator. The tradi t ional GŁ symbol is retained.

• STANDARD 3D radiator. The abbreviated symbol is STD .

• The part character izing the main dimensions of the radiator/towel rai l . Always featured.

• BASIC, TRENDY, ELEGANTE DESIGN, ELECTRO (non-module radiators and heated towel rai ls). The dimensions given for these products refer to: length and height separated wi th a slash “/”, e.g. : 50/80 . The numbers are dimensionless quant i t ies, they do not designate precise dimensions of the radiator/towel rai l but are merely thei r approximat ions. As a rule, when creat ing index designat ions the precise dimension ( in mm) is rounded up or down to the value represented by ful l tens of cent imetres. For example: the height of a radiator equals 686 mm, the rounded dimension represented by a f igure of tens of cent imetres is 70 and such is the index designat ion of this dimension. Please mind that two radiators wi th the height of 740 mm and 660 mm respect ively, wi l l have the same index designat ion of 70 , that is why, before the purchase always check the precise dimension of the radiator given in the table for each radiator type. Please note that for towel rai ls (ELECTRO group) the f igure in the index corresponding to the dimension is determined on the basis of the casing dimension disregarding any extra electr ic elements ( l ike the cord or the heat ing element).

• MODULUS (modular radiators). The dimensions of the radiator in this group are coded in two f igures in the fol lowing order: the main dimension of the module (the repeated element of the radiator) and the number of modules separated wi th a slash “/”. Just l ike for non-modular radiators, the main dimension of the module is rounded to the f igure represented by ful l tens of cent imetres (e.g. : 1739 mm ~170 ). I t is always wr i tten in the form of 3 digi ts, i .e. i f the rounded dimension is smal ler than 100 ( e.g. : 90 ) i t is preceded wi th a zero ( 090 ). This is aimed at a clear separat ion of this f igure from the number of modules which is always a two-digi t number. The f igure represent ing the number of modules is an exact number corresponding to the actual number of modules in the radiator. I t is always represented by a two-digi t number, i .e. i f the number of modules is lower than 10 ( e.g. : 4 ) i t is preceded wi th a zero ( 04 ).

• SPECIAL CASES. The part represent ing the dimension can also designate other speci f ic dimensions resul t ing from the uni t ’s special features or funct ions: e.g. : length and width for products designed for working in the hor izontal posi t ion, or only length for l inear products ( SEC-050 ). In each case such si tuat ions are clearly explained on the page wi th the part icular product .

• The part designating the kind and colour of the coating of the radiator/towel rail. It is featured only if the radiator is painted a colour which is different than standard white, or if it is coated with a galvanic layer. The following markings are used:

• C.. - the letter C and a two-digit code (11 to 57 without full tens) standing for the colour from the palette pp. 104-105, e.g.: C23

• C01 - designates the galvanic coating with chrome-plated surface.

• ZN – marking of the anti-corrosive zinc coating

• The part descr ibing opt ional (conf igured by the customer) accessor ies of the radiator. I t most ly concerns panels made of a var iety of mater ials. I t is featured only in the indexes for the radiators wi th avai lable extra accessor ies. The fol lowing markings are used:

• E. . – carbon steel panel . The letter E is fol lowed by a two-digi t code (omi tt ing the letter C ) designat ing the radiator colour by the palette pp. 128-129, e.g. : E17 . I f the panel is standard whi te, the colour is not marked by any code (only E is featured).

• EY - stainless steel panel

• EL. - mi rror panel . The selected mi rror colour is marked wi th a two-digi t code (e.g. : 01, 02, 03. . .) fol lowing the letter L . For al l avai lable colours see the product page (e.g. : EL01 )

• E. .L. - a two-piece panel compr ising a carbon steel panel in the colour designated by a two-digi t code by the palette pp.128-129 and a mirror in one of the available colours (see the product page) designated by a two-digit code (e.g.: 01, 02, 03...)

• EF. . - overpr inted panel . The selected overpr int is marked wi th a two-digi t code (e.g. : 01, 02, 03. . .) fol lowing the letter according to the speci f icat ion for avai lable colours featured on the product page (e.g. : EF01 )

• The part designating the basic material of the radiator body. It is featured only if the appl ied material is different from carbon steel. The offer presented here does not include radiators made of material other than carbon steel.

• The part designat ing the type of mount ing appl ied for the radiator/tower rai l . I t is only featured when var ious mount ing types are avai lable for a part icular product and i f the selected type is not the standard one for the radiator/towel rai l . The fol lowing markings are used: • R – swivel l ing radiator/towel rai l . • ST - radiator wi th feet

• The part designat ing the kind of radiator regarding the type of i ts connect ion to the central heat ing system is only featured when other-than-standard connect ions are avai lable for a part icular radiator. • The fol lowing markings are used:

B – top-bottom same end connect ion

D - bottom

D50L – bottom, 50 mm pi tch placed on the lef t-hand side of the radiator

D50P – bottom, 50 mm pi tch placed on the r ight-hand side of the radiator

V – V-type bottom, 50 mm pi tch (wi th valve insert)

VL – V-type bottom, 50 mm pi tch (wi th valve insert) placed on the lef t-hand side of the radiator

VP – V-type bottom, 50 mm pi tch (wi th valve insert) placed on the r ight-hand side of the radiator
